Instructions for Air Fryer Lemon Chicken Bites
  1. Start by cutting your thawed chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine fresh lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Carefully place the marinated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry the chicken for approximately 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Once cooked, remove the chicken bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish your chicken bites with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
