Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Medjool dates by slicing them open lengthwise and removing the pit.
  2. Mix melted coconut butter and shredded coconut in a bowl until creamy.
  3. Stuff each date with about half a tablespoon of the coconut mixture and press a roasted almond inside.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together over low heat until smooth.
  5. Dip each stuffed date in the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  6. Chill the dates in the freezer for about 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
