  • 1 pound Ground Beef can substitute with turkey or plant-based alternatives
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce avoid adding extra salt
For the Sauce
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup can swap with cream of celery or cream of chicken
Optional Topping
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese sprinkle on top during the last 5 minutes of baking

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and a dash of pepper. Mix gently and shape into patties.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add oil. Cook the hamburger steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Spray a medium baking dish with non-stick spray. Transfer the browned patties to the dish and mix the cream of mushroom soup with a little water and pour over the patties.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until edges start bubbling and top is lightly golden.
  6. If using cheddar cheese, sprinkle it over the bake during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy hot with favorite sides.
