Preparation Steps
  1. Start by lightly coating a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Layer half of the cubed brioche bread evenly across the bottom of the greased dish.
  3. Dollop and spread half of the cream cheese onto the bread.
  4. Sprinkle half of the diced strawberries over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Add the remaining half of the brioche cubes on top.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and kosher salt until well combined.
  7. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the prepared layers.
  8. Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  9. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Allow the assembled dish to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking.
  10. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  11. After 30 minutes, carefully remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 25-30 minutes.
  12. Once baked, let cool slightly for about 5-10 minutes before serving warm.
  13. Serve garnished with remaining strawberries and a dusting of confectioners' sugar.
