Preparation Steps
- Start by lightly coating a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Layer half of the cubed brioche bread evenly across the bottom of the greased dish.
- Dollop and spread half of the cream cheese onto the bread.
- Sprinkle half of the diced strawberries over the cream cheese layer.
- Add the remaining half of the brioche cubes on top.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and kosher salt until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the prepared layers.
- Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Allow the assembled dish to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, carefully remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 25-30 minutes.
