Method
 

Preparation
  1. Dice the mango and avocado into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Add lime juice, a pinch of salt, and spices. Toss gently and set aside.
  2. Mix chili powder and brown sugar in a bowl. Rub over salmon fillets and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to broil at 500°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Place salmon skin-side down and broil for 6-8 minutes until opaque.
  4. Prepare bowls with hot rice or quinoa as the base. Add a piece of salmon on top, then spoon salsa over it. Add optional vegetables around.
