- In a large mixing bowl, add rolled oats, warm cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Use a spatula to mix for about 2-3 minutes until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, taking care not to mash them.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place each ball onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and allow the bites to chill for 30 to 60 minutes until firm.
