- Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Rub each fillet with olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and salt.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon fillets skin-side up for about 3 minutes.
- Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 2 minutes until tender.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then stir in honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add lemon juice to the sauce, then pour it over the seared salmon. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Plate the salmon, drizzle remaining sauce, garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
