Preparation Steps
- Preheat your toaster or oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the everything bagel in half and toast until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
- Spread a layer of chive and onion cream cheese on the bottom half of the toasted bagel.
- Layer crispy bacon, romaine lettuce, and slices of tomato on top of the cream cheese.
- Chop the layered ingredients on top of the cream cheese for a chunky consistency.
- Dice avocado and fold it into the chopped mixture, then chop again to mix thoroughly.
- Pile the mixture onto the bottom half of the toasted bagel and place the top half on.
