Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for 6-7 minutes until browned and crumbly. Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Drain excess grease from the skillet. Add ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, diced onions, and pickles if desired. Stir until well combined, then set aside.
  3. Spread the frozen French fries evenly in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, covering the entire base.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture over the layer of French fries, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and edges of fries are golden.
  7. Allow casserole to cool for about 5 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
