Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Increase the heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, then add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook the gnocchi according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  6. Fold cooked gnocchi into the Bolognese sauce until well-coated.
  7. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, sprinkling mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Broil for extra crunch if desired.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm.
