  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
For the Garnish
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh parsley For garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the loaf into a crosshatch pattern, making cuts about an inch apart without cutting all the way through.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium bowl, then add minced garlic, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  4. Using a pastry brush, generously coat the garlic butter mixture between each slice of bread.
  5. Stuff each slice with shredded mozzarella and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  6. Drizzle remaining garlic butter over the bread, wrap in aluminum foil, and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Unwrap the foil and return to the oven to bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
