  3. Pulse pecans in a food processor until flour-like.
  4. Cream room temperature butter, powdered sugar, and granulated sugar together until fluffy.
  5. Mix in almond, vanilla, cherry extracts, and salt until combined.
  6. Add flour and ground pecans, mixing until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in chopped cherries and mini chocolate chips.
  8. Shape dough into balls, press a cherry piece into the center of each.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, rotating halfway through.
  10. Allow to rest on sheets for 5 minutes, then roll in powdered sugar.
