- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat until it boils, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the hot toffee mixture over the crackers, using a spatula to cover them.
- Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until bubbly and lightly caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot toffee.
- Mix granulated sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle sea salt over the chocolate and cinnamon mixture.
- Allow to cool completely for 1-2 hours before breaking into pieces.
