Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth, then whisk in granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture. Gently fold in the flour until just combined; a few flour streaks are okay.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the swirl. Set aside.
- Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar, add the remaining batter, and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
- Gently swirl through the batter with a knife to create a marbled effect without fully mixing it.
- Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Whisk together powdered sugar and milk for glaze, adjusting consistency as needed.
- Once cooled, drizzle the glaze over the bread and enjoy!

Notes
Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness and moisture. Avoid overmixing to keep the bread light and fluffy. Customize with nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
