  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Transfer the batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly across the bottom.
  7. Mix together some additional cinnamon and granulated sugar for topping and sprinkle it generously over the batter.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the edges are golden brown.
  9. Remove the pan from the oven and let the bars cool completely in the pan.
  10. Prepare the frosting by combining powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  11. Drizzle or spread the frosting over the cooled bars and let it set for a few minutes before slicing into squares.
