- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hashbrowns, creamy soup, sour cream, cooked ham or sausage, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly.
- Pour the hashbrown mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes.
