  4. Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet; sauté sliced onions for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Pour the coconut sauce into the skillet and let it simmer.
  7. Gently place seasoned fish fillets into the sauce.
