- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese with 1 cup of flour. Mix until a cohesive and slightly sticky dough forms (1-2 minutes).
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into 2-3 equal pieces. Roll each piece out to about ¼ inch thickness.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until hot.
