- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes until browned, then drain excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese on top.
