Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
