  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Use pure vanilla for the best taste.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, nuts, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, and sea salt.
  3. Melt coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat and mix in maple syrup, unsulphured molasses, and vanilla extract. Pour over dry ingredients.
  4. Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly and pressing down firmly.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden and aromatic.
  6. Allow the granola to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes to harden into clusters.
  7. Once cool, break into clusters and store in an airtight container.
