Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your fresh ingredients and tools. You’ll need ripe avocados, parsley, chives, garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, water, salt, and pepper. Grab a food processor or high-speed blender.
  2. Place the ripe avocados, parsley, chopped chives, and garlic into the food processor. Pour in lemon juice and apple cider vinegar, then add olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Secure the lid and pulse for about 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides and continue blending for another 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Check the thickness; add water if too thick, blending until desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary.
  5. Transfer the dressing into an airtight container. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
