  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Pasta, cooked Optional
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Method
 

Casserole Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, spinach, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
