Casserole Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, spinach, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

This casserole can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use. Just bake from frozen, adding extra time to cooking.
