  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Black sesame seeds for enhanced presentation

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the pasta by bringing salted water to a boil. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, around 8-10 minutes, reserve a cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Whisk together gochujang, heavy cream, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl, then pour into the pan with garlic and simmer.
  4. Combine drained pasta with sauce in the pan, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
  5. Fold in fresh vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes until they wilt.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro before serving.
