- In a medium bowl, add mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and honey. Whisk everything together vigorously for about 1 minute until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
- Incorporate minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir ingredients together with a spatula or wooden spoon for another 30 seconds until evenly distributed.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while continuously whisking the dressing for about 1 minute to allow the oil to emulsify properly.
- If the dressing is thicker than desired, gradually add milk or water, starting with 1 tablespoon at a time, while whisking until reaching preferred consistency.
