  • 1 cup almond milk can be substituted with other non-dairy or dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup optional, adjust based on sweetness of peaches
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pure extract preferred
  • 1 cup ice cubes if using fresh peaches
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds optional for added nutrition

  1. Start by washing and peeling the ripe peaches, then chop them into small pieces. Gather yogurt, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and ice cubes if using fresh peaches.
  2. Combine chopped peaches, yogurt, almond milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a blender. If using fresh peaches, add ice cubes. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more maple syrup or agave. Blend briefly for 10 seconds to incorporate adjustments.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately. Garnish with a slice of fresh peach or chia seeds if desired.
