  • 2-3 stalks Celery Finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pesto Homemade or store-bought
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used as a substitute
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese Nutritional yeast for dairy-free
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Shred or chop the cooked chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Wash and finely chop the celery stalks and add them to the mixing bowl.
