Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by placing your boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Next, spread a generous layer of fresh or frozen broccoli florets over the chicken.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine heavy cream, the remaining chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  5. About 15-20 minutes before serving, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine pasta.
  6. After cooking, carefully shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks.
  7. Now, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully incorporated.
  8. Add the cooked fettuccine to the slow cooker, tossing everything together gently.
  9. Finally, dish out your creamy creation immediately while it’s hot and serve with fresh parsley.
