- In a measuring cup, combine sunflower oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Whisk until salt dissolves.
- Wash the cabbage and cucumbers under running water and pat dry.
- Slice the cabbage into strips and place in a mixing bowl.
- Slice the cucumbers and finely chop the green onions.
- Chop fresh dill and add to the bowl.
- Drizzle dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until coated.
- Chill the salad for 1-2 hours before serving.
