  1. Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips, ensuring they are evenly sized for consistent cooking. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything well to coat the chicken evenly in the flavorful seasoning.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer within the basket, ensuring they don’t overcrowd. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken turns golden brown and crispy.
  3. While the chicken cooks, prepare your wraps. On each whole wheat tortilla, layer a handful of fresh spinach leaves followed by a generous amount of shredded mozzarella. Once the chicken is done, add the crispy strips on top of the cheese.
