- Warm your tortillas by placing them on a microwave-safe plate, covering with a damp paper towel, and microwaving for 20–30 seconds.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Lay the warm tortillas flat, spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, add chicken ham and Swiss cheese, and roll tightly.
- Brush the tops of the wraps with melted butter or olive oil.
- Place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes, checking at halfway.
- Once golden brown and crispy, remove wraps, cool for a minute, then cut in half and serve.
