  • 2 Eggs Essential for binding
  • 1 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs Gluten-free option available

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice For brightness
  • 1 medium Diced White Onion For flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  4. Prepare the Air Fryer Basket by spraying it with cooking spray or olive oil.
  5. Cook the Tuna Cakes in the Air Fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Repeat cooking with any leftover mixture after the first batch.
