Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then slice them in half.
  3. Chop the bacon into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  4. In the bowl with bacon, add halved potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  5. Transfer seasoned potatoes and bacon to the baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. During the last 5 minutes, drizzle honey over the potatoes and bacon.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with parsley before serving.
