Chicken

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, honey, and Sriracha. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together buttermilk, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, egg, and Sriracha. Season with garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne. Add chicken and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare panko breadcrumbs on a plate. Dredge marinated chicken in panko, pressing firmly to adhere.
  4. Heat canola oil in a skillet to 365°F. Test with a small breadcrumb; it should sizzle.
  5. Fry chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Transfer cooked chicken to paper towels to drain excess oil. Toss in Bang Bang sauce and garnish with parsley before serving warm.
