- Press the Extra-firm Tofu to remove excess moisture by wrapping it in a kitchen towel and placing a weight on it for about 5 minutes.
- Cut the pressed tofu into approximately 1-inch cubes.

- In a mixing bowl, combine the cornstarch, panko breadcrumbs, and garlic powder.
- Toss the cubed tofu in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated tofu cubes on the lined baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, mix vegan mayonnaise, sriracha, sugar, and salt to prepare the bang bang sauce.
