Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the russet potatoes into thin strips. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While the fries are baking, dice the chicken breast and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook the seasoned chicken in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  6. Cook the chopped bacon in the same skillet until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Crumble and set aside.
  7. Once fries are baked, top them with cooked chicken and crispy bacon pieces.
  8. Drizzle ranch dressing over the topped fries to add creaminess.
  9. Scatter shredded cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from oven, garnish with green onions if desired, and serve hot.
