  1. In a mixing bowl, marinate the chicken by combining it with teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink. The teriyaki sauce will caramelize.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Toss until well coated.
