  3. Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture in the center, moistening edges to seal.
  4. In a skillet, heat oil to around 350°F (175°C) over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the wonton shrimp to the hot oil, frying for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Remove shrimp from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain on a wire rack.
