Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 360°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each tortilla into triangles, either into six or eight pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the tortilla triangles with avocado oil and toss until coated.
  4. Mix chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt in another bowl; sprinkle over the coated tortilla triangles.
  5. Spread the tortilla pieces on the prepared baking sheet and bake for approximately 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack to achieve maximum crispness.
