Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Set up breading stations with flour, whisked eggs and milk, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the breaded chicken tenders on the baking sheet and spray the tops with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm with dipping sauces of your choice.
