- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly with cooking spray.
- Set up breading stations with flour, whisked eggs and milk, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders on the baking sheet and spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
