- Press the tofu for at least 20 minutes, then cut into cubes.
- Coat the tofu cubes with cornstarch in a mixing bowl.

- Stir-fry the vegetables in a wok for 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Combine baked tofu with stir-fried veggies and sauce; stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
