- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a large rimmed baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Grate 8 ounces of freshly Parmesan cheese and spread it in a thin layer over the parchment.
- Slice 3 medium yellow onions thinly, about ⅙ inch thick, and arrange them on the cheese layer.
- Coat the onion slices with 2 tablespoons of avocado oil using a pastry brush.
- Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of paprika, 1 teaspoon of coarse sea salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of seasoning salt, and ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper over the onions.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and allow chips to cool for about 10 minutes before enjoying.
