Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a large rimmed baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Grate 8 ounces of freshly Parmesan cheese and spread it in a thin layer over the parchment.
  3. Slice 3 medium yellow onions thinly, about ⅙ inch thick, and arrange them on the cheese layer.
  4. Coat the onion slices with 2 tablespoons of avocado oil using a pastry brush.
  5. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of paprika, 1 teaspoon of coarse sea salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of seasoning salt, and ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper over the onions.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow chips to cool for about 10 minutes before enjoying.
