- In a medium-sized jar or measuring cup, combine tahini, lower-sodium tamari, rice vinegar, maple syrup, toasted sesame oil, and minced garlic. Whisk the mixture together for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped Napa cabbage, shredded rotisserie chicken, matchstick carrots, finely chopped green onions, and roasted cashews. Gently toss all the ingredients together for about 30 seconds.
