Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized jar or measuring cup, combine tahini, lower-sodium tamari, rice vinegar, maple syrup, toasted sesame oil, and minced garlic. Whisk the mixture together for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped Napa cabbage, shredded rotisserie chicken, matchstick carrots, finely chopped green onions, and roasted cashews. Gently toss all the ingredients together for about 30 seconds.
  3. Once your salad base is well-combined, pour the prepared Sesame-Teriyaki Dressing over the top. Gently toss the salad for another 1-2 minutes until every piece is evenly coated.
