Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Wash and peel the cucumbers if desired. Slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Spread a layer of room temperature cream cheese over the lavash bread, leaving one edge bare for rolling.
  3. Layer the cucumber slices evenly over the cream cheese, overlapping slightly.
  4. Roll the lavash bread tightly from the end with toppings towards the bare edge, pressing to seal.
  5. Slice the roll into four equal pieces, about 2 inches each, using a sharp serrated knife.
  6. Secure each roll with a pick and serve immediately, or refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
