Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and slice the Persian cucumbers into thin julienne strips. Sprinkle with sea salt and let sit for about 10 minutes.

  3. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic powder, sugar, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, fold together cucumbers and crab meat. Pour dressing over and toss gently.
