Cake Preparation

Frosting Preparation
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla.
- Stir continuously for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat, sift in cocoa powder, and whisk until smooth.
- Once the cake is completely cool, frost it evenly and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
