Method
 

Cake Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan with butter or oil and dust with flour.
  2. In a blender, combine grated carrots, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, folding gently.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Frosting Preparation
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla.
  2. Stir continuously for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat, sift in cocoa powder, and whisk until smooth.
  4. Once the cake is completely cool, frost it evenly and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
