  • 2 whole Lobsters Fresh lobster is preferred.
For the Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For sautéing.
  • 2 medium Shallots Finely chopped.
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced and cooked until tender.
  • 1/2 cup White Wine For deglazing.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Velvety sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Enhances flavor.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, for topping.
For Seasoning

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil live lobsters in a large pot of salted water for 8–10 minutes until bright red. Remove and cool before extracting the meat.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped shallots and sauté for 2–3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for another 4–5 minutes until tender.
  4. Pour in ½ cup of white wine, deglaze the pan, and let simmer for 3–4 minutes until reduced.
  5. Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream, mixing until the sauce thickens for about 3 minutes.
  6. Fold in chopped lobster meat, 1 teaspoon paprika, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Preheat broiler and spoon the mixture back into cleaned lobster shells. Top with remaining Parmesan and broil for 3–5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot alongside fresh salad or crusty bread.
