Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, another 2-3 minutes. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Crumble the fudgy brownies into bite-sized pieces to create a base layer in serving cups.
- Layer the crumbled brownies in each serving cup, then spoon the cheesecake filling over the top.
- To prepare the ganache, melt chocolate with heavy cream in 30-second intervals in the microwave until smooth. Drizzle ganache and caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer.
- Repeat the layering process with more brownie crumbs and cheesecake filling, finishing with another drizzle of ganache and caramel.
- Sprinkle extra brownie crumbs on top. Optionally, add nuts or chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate the cups for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
