Method

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, another 2-3 minutes. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  2. Crumble the fudgy brownies into bite-sized pieces to create a base layer in serving cups.
  3. Layer the crumbled brownies in each serving cup, then spoon the cheesecake filling over the top.
  4. To prepare the ganache, melt chocolate with heavy cream in 30-second intervals in the microwave until smooth. Drizzle ganache and caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer.
  5. Repeat the layering process with more brownie crumbs and cheesecake filling, finishing with another drizzle of ganache and caramel.
  6. Sprinkle extra brownie crumbs on top. Optionally, add nuts or chocolate shavings.
  7. Refrigerate the cups for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
