- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine the oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- Mix in the melted butter and vanilla extract until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press half of the oat mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Toss the blueberries with granulated sugar and cornstarch until well-coated.
- Spread the blueberry mixture over the pressed oat base and crumble the remaining oat mixture on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool completely in the pan, then lift out and slice into 12 pieces.
