Step-by-Step Instructions for Burger Bowls
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and spread the tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crunchy.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine light mayo, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, Cajun seasoning, and optional sugar. Whisk until smooth and chill in the refrigerator.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with a drizzle of oil, adding Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes until no longer pink and drain excess grease.
  4. Chop fresh toppings: dice tomatoes, slice red onions, and shred lettuce. Set aside cheese and pickles for customization.
  5. To assemble, place crispy tater tots in bowls, layer with seasoned ground beef, top with fresh veggies, and drizzle with special sauce.
