Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave the frozen chopped spinach according to the package instructions until heated, drain well.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained spinach, stuffing mix, melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, diced onion, eggs, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll them into approximately 1-inch balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 17-20 minutes until golden brown and firm to touch.
